Daniel has been an important ally in our fight to protect workers in Arizona,” said Teamsters Local 104 Statewide Political Director Dawn Schumann. We have always been able to count on him to protect workers’ right to organize – and the Teamsters look forward to watching him lead on our issues in Congress.

During my six years of service in the Arizona State Legislature, I have been honored to partner with the Plumbers and Pipefitters and Teamsters in our ongoing fight to defend workers rights, strengthen our economy, and protect the right to organize in the State of Arizona,” said Hernandez. “Whether it was passing incentives for job creation  or fighting against Republican attempts to undermine project labor agreements, I’ve been proud to serve on the front lines with our labor unions. As a State Representative I have prioritized creating good paying, union jobs right here in Arizona and I will continue supporting policies that do just that in Congress.
