Tucson, Arizona – Daniel Hernandez, a former School Board member, State Representative, and gun violence survivor seeking the Democratic nomination for Congress in AZ-07, announced that he raised over $300,000 in the first quarter. That’s over $300,000 in just the first eight days of the campaign.
Hernandez announced his campaign just last week on a vow to fight MAGA extremists, lower costs, and protect Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security.
Daniel Hernandez’s Fundraising Momentum, By The Numbers:
✅ Over $300K Raised
✅ Over 750 Individual Donors
✅ 65% of Donors are from Arizona
This explosive fundraising is a sign of momentum for Hernandez and a broad coalition of support.
Daniel Hernandez released the following statement:
“Our campaign is about fighting back against the MAGA extremists who are threatening health care, Social Security, and civil rights. But more than that, it’s about delivering lower costs, better education, and more opportunities for families across our communities. Democrats know the old ways can’t continue. I’m grateful to all those who have donated and believe in a better future for Arizona with new leadership.”
