Tucson, Arizona – On Monday, April 14, Daniel Hernandez will officially submit the signatures required to qualify for the ballot in Arizona’s 7th Congressional District.

This milestone comes amid growing momentum for the campaign, including recent endorsements from Arizona elected officials, labor unions, major LGBTQ+ organizations, and a strong early fundraising performance—raising over $300,000 in just days after launching.

Hernandez will be joined by supporters including Senator Eva Diaz, Rep. Kevin Volk, former State Rep. Cesar Chavez, former state Rep. Lorenzo Sierra, Rep. Consuelo Hernandez, and Rep. Alma Hernandez. Scott Jones, Director of Arizona Safety and Legislative Board, and Misty Arthur, the Executive Director of American Federation of Teachers Arizona, will also be in attendance.
